Busy Day...

I had a successful studio visit this morning which was then followed by a shuttle ride to Morrisville to do some grocery shopping.... I bought some art supplies, some cookies, some pita chips, some hummus, some dirt rags (US Weekly).... 

We got back just in time for lunch and then I had to go to work...

Now I'm sitting in the cafe drinking some coffee (Yes - it's past my caffeine cut-off time... but I'm okay with that)... it's not much past so it should be alright...

I am sitting across from a painter in the residency program - I saw his work last night... very interesting.  I can't really say more without painting a picture (ha) that is less than flattering... his work is great, but it's very INTERESTING....  It reminds me of the old days in art school...

I think I should probably head back to my studio and clean up a little bit... I don't want it to be a mess for open studios tonight... (how that works I don't know but I guess I will find out...)..
